Ferdinand Omanyala will be participating in his first 100m race of the season at the Kip Keino Classic, which will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Coach Geoffrey Kimani is focused on utilizing his expertise and experience to help Omanyala become a record-breaking sprinter. To achieve this goal, Kimani has shifted the focus of Omanyala’s practice sessions from physical strength to mobility and flexibility, which he believes will enable Omanyala to excel in sprinting competitions.
