Talanta outclass Tusker as AFC Leopards narrowly defeat resilient Posta Rangers

AFC Leopard continued their impressive form with a 1-0 win over Posta Rangers in a Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) match in Machakos. Posta Rangers had the majority of the ball at the start, almost scoring in the ninth minute, but an excellent performance from Ingwe ace Boniface Munyendo denied them.

As the game progressed, AFC Leopards found the opener in the 40th minute through a header from Ken Owino. Posta Rangers, despite their efforts to equalize, were unable to find the much-needed goal.

In another match, Tusker FC suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of FC Talanta at the Machakos Stadium. Erick Kapaito put the Brewers ahead in the 24th minute, but December Kisakah leveled the score in the 45th minute.

FC Talanta secured the win with two second-half goals from Kevintom Michika and Michael Jairo. The victory helped FC Talanta to climb to 14th position, while Tusker FC remained in fourth place.
